Indocrypt 2004: Call for papers

General Information

Original papers on all technical aspects of cryptology are solicited for submission to Indocrypt 2004, the 5th International Conference on Cryptology in India. The Indocrypt series of conferences is promoted by the Cryptology Research Society of India. Indocrypt 2004 is co-hosted by IMSc, Chennai, and SETS, Chennai. Important dates are:

Notification of decision September 24, 2004
Proceedings version October 5, 2004

Instructions to Authors

Submissions must not have been previously published or submitted in parallel to other conferences or workshops with proceedings.

Submission format

The submission must be anonymous. Submissions are limited to 12 pages excluding bibliography and appendices and 20 pages in total with 11-point font size and reasonable margins. Committee members are not required to read appendices. Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits. The authors are encouraged to prepare their submission in Latex following Springer's guideline.

Electronic submission

Authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers electronically. The submission server is now closed. The paper should be in Postscript format.

Hardcopy submission

Authors who are unable to submit electronically are invited to send a cover letter and 10 copies of their anonymous paper (double-sided copies preferred) at the postal address below. Authors intending to submit via hardcopy should contact K. Viswanathan (kapali@sets.org.in) on or before August 2, 2004. The paper should be sent by airmail and be received by the deadline.

Conference Proceedings

Conference Proceedings will be published in Springer-Verlag's Lecture Notes in Computer Science series and will be available at the conference. The instructions about the final version of the papers will be sent to the authors of accepted papers.
