Post-doctoral fellowship:
High Performance Simulation of Geological CO2 Storage
I am a Research Scientist in the Estime
group at the INRIA Rocquencourt center.
My current research interests are in numerical methods for flow in porous
media. Specifically, I am concerned with applications of high performance
computing for the simulation of long term deep storage for nuclear waste.
My main scientific interests are:
- Scientific and parallel computing
- Mathematical methods in geophysics
- Inverse problems
- Numerical linear algebra
- SHPCO2 : High performance simulation of geological CO2 storage, ANR funded project (IFP, ENSMSE, BRGM, LAGA, INRIA).
- GDR Momas: Modélisations
Mathématiques et Simulations numériques liées aux problèmes de gestion des
déchets nucléaires.
- Waveform relaxation methods for convection--diffusion equations with
discontinuous coeficients (with L. Halpern and M. Gander)
- HydroGrid: Hydrogeological codes
coupling over the Grid
- Solution to the SIAM

- Résolution numérique
de l'équation des ondes par une méthode d'éléments finis d'ordre élevé sur
calculateur parallèle (with P. Havé and Ch. Lemuet ),

- Construction of Higher Order Finite
Element with Mass Lumping Using Computer Algebra Techniques
(with A. Olouy, J.C. Faugère and
F. Rouillier), talk at ICIAM
99, Edinbourgh, 1999.
- FDTD Modeling and Least-Squares Inversion for 2D
GPR Data, talk at SIAM 99 Geosciences Conference, San Antonio. More details
